In-Store Appointment with Jewellery Team member

From beginning to end of my creative collaboration on designing a piece of jewellery to honour a significant change in my life, Kate and the team were caring and listened to me. In the design process Kate wanted to know what mattered to me so it could be reflected in the ring. The final product took my breath away and is such an important part of my life story. I will be back to do this again. The reworking of the old into a new piece is very personal work and it felt like a shared journey. Thanks Kate. I will be back!
