We can sandcast your signiture Lava Ring or craft it with a high polish solid finish, then build upon it with a curated selection of design directions to reflect your story.
From diamonds and gemstones to flush set details, toi et moi compositions, and custom stone arrangements, the possibilities are endless. Each ring is thoughtfully designed in collaboration with the UbyKate Design Team to create a truly personal heirloom.

The Lava Heirloom gives you a starting point. From there, we'll work with you to create a ring that is uniquely yours.
How It Works:
- Submit An Enquiry: Tell us a little about the stones or jewellery you'd like to work with by submitting an enquiry. Our team will be in touch to talk through what you have, what you're imagining and how we might bring it together into your own Story Ring.
- Design Your Ring: Once we've had a chance to understand your stones and your ideas, we'll guide you through the design process. Your stones will shape the final composition, with the design developed specifically around you.
- Make It Yours: Your Story Ring is then crafted in solid gold, incorporating your chosen stones to create a completely unique piece. While The Story provides the starting point, no two rings are ever the same.
Investment: Because every Lava Heirloom Ring is individually designed around your stones, the final investment will vary.
This bespoke creation starts from $7,000 AUD, with final pricing determined by the design, gold type, gemstones and work involved.

With guidance from Kate, you'll explore a considered selection of gemstones and metals, each chosen for beauty, integrity, and meaning. Your vision takes elegant shape through hand-drawn sketches and refined 3D renders, brought to life by our master CAD designer. With each iteration, we collaborate closely. Refining details, adjusting proportions, and perfecting every curve. Until the design feels entirely and unmistakably yours. This is a creative partnership built on precision, artistry, and trust.

With your design finalised, Kate and our master jewellers begin the transformation from precious materials to a finished piece of exceptional beauty. Every curve, setting, and polish is executed with unwavering precision and care in our Sydney workshop. The result is not just jewellery, but a legacy, crafted to be worn, loved, and passed on.

The final moment is one of pure joy—your bespoke piece is complete. Whether collected from our Sydney studio or delivered securely to your doorstep anywhere in the world, it arrives beautifully presented and fully insured. Twenty-one years ago I was encouraged to follow my passion and create the jewellery range of my dreams.
We are a multi-generational family run small business, pouring heart and soul into handcrafting and designing heirloom-quality pieces U and your loved ones with cherish for years to come.
Our in-house manufacturing gives us greater freedom and flexibility to work with our community of customers, listen to feedback and deliver customer jewellery requests in real-time.
