The Design Process
Every ring begins with a conversation.
I ask about each stone. Where it came from, who it belonged to, what it represents. This shapes the direction of the piece.
From there, the stones are laid out and moved into different arrangements. I look for balance, not symmetry. A structure that feels complete, even when it is not uniform.
Once the composition is clear, the design moves into sketching and then CAD. Each setting is made to suit its specific stone. Every element is then constructed and assembled with care, so the piece feels resolved from every angle.
There is contrast at the centre of the design. Strong lines sit alongside stones that carry history from different moments in time. That tension gives the ring its character.
Each piece holds a mix of histories that is entirely its own.
