I rang up on Monday and spoke to Nicole, desperate to find that something special for my daughter's 30th birthday, which was in 5 days! My daughter is a new mother to a 7 week old and I thought how can I tie this all in I really had no idea as I just Goggled and came across this site. Nicole was an absolute delight to deal with, the best customer service I have experienced EVER! Nicole suggested a few different pieces but I decided on the Mother and Child Pendant. I was even able to write a message in my own hand writing that was engraved on the back of the larger circle. I placed the order and Nicole said she would put this order through and I will have it by the Friday. Sure enough 5 days later I went and picked up the Mother and Child pendant. WOW I was speechless, it was beautiful. The workmanship is faultless and my few words engraved on the back are so special. Everyone needs a piece of UberKate in their life it is beautiful and timeless - An heirloom that will be treasured.
