Where it All Began 

Long before UbyKate became what it is today, the idea was already forming - quite literally. 

Almost 24 years ago, while Lulu was still in Kate's tummy, the very first spark of what would become our personalised service began. It started with a simple circle. Hand-stamped and imperfect. 

Kate found the original tools at a flea market and began experimenting with hand-stamping on metal, all during a time where “personalised jewellery” wasn’t even a category. Stamped with her name, her husband's name and a special circle left blank for their yet-to-be-named baby, those first ubercircles became more than just jewellery, they were pieces that told a story. 

What began as a creative outlet quickly became something much deeper: a way to hold onto life’s most important moments.
